I feel more peaceful and grounded, and I feel deeply connected to Spirit and the Universe. Most importantly, I trust myself in a way I never have before. This is something I will forever cherish and continue to practice as I evolve into the person I came here to be. I am deeply grateful from the bottom of my heart.

Shauna provided a welcoming, compassionate and non-judgmental space that allowed vulnerabilities to be shared openly and willingly. Magic happened here. I can't quite put into words what this meant to me, it was a safe space, a healing space, where I connected with myself, others, nature and spiritually in my own way.

This not only speaks to her ability to hold space but also to be able to bring that out in us when the time was right without any expectations or pressure. Truly a transformative experience!!

The yoga sessions quieted my mind and helped me listen to my body and what it needs. The reiki session was a completely life-altering experience; I was able to mentally and physically let go of the worries that weigh me down. I can't put into words how it freed me.
