Heather is sensitive, kind, straightforward and intuitive, and I trust her. Even though I've only had three sessions with her so far, I was able to access some pretty deep trauma and transform some of it during our sessions.

Before my sessions with Heather, I was having flashbacks of when a tree fell on my home while I was in it. Anytime the wind blew or if I heard a branch crack, I would sense fear all through my body. After my session, we have now gone through our second hurricane, and I have zero fear around trees. It's kind of wild.

This was my first experience with EMDR, And it felt deeply healing for me. I could feel Heather's care and integrity, and the process allowed me to touch very vulnerable spaces with a sense of safety. I was surprised by how impactful it felt.
