Sai beautifully and cheerfully guided embodiment sessions that released a few of my stuck emotions and reset my nervous system. After a TRE session with Sai I felt both calm and excited to go back into my day.

I’ve had two virtual sessions of TRE with Sunny during a very difficult time of my life. She was very kind and helpful with the instructions during the sessions, making it a fun experience. After the sessions I felt lighter and happier. I highly recommend it.
