Inner Wisdom

Client Questionnaire: What was your most memorable experience, and how has it helped you? “Because of the lasting effects, my most memorable experience was identifying and thanking the anxiety (i.e. pain) in my knee that I had experienced for a decade. After letting it know that it was no longer needed, I have been pain-free for five years.” S.M

“I wondered if I would physically feel anything or know if it had helped. I have since had several unique physical sensations during energy healing, but more importantly, with Sarah's helpful questioning, I have had significant conversations regarding, and resolution of, the underlying emotions." ~A forever grateful client

“‘Everything you’ve ever wanted is on the other side of fear.’ George Addair Every session I have with Sarah teaches me so much about myself. She has helped uncover what I was too scared to unravel on my own. Her energy is one of kind. It’s a peaceful experience. It’s truly amazing. XO ❤️” ~Jaime Derleth, Journey with Jaime

"Working with Sarah helped me honestly consider the questions that arise during or after a healing. After difficult emotions and answers, life feels lighter. For lasting results, never skip the follow-up conversation. It is worth the hard questions and probable tears to experience true healing." ~S. M
